Day 2              ARRIVING SHANGHAI (D)
Shanghai, a city filled with spectacular constructions designed by world famous architects. Meet with our English speaking tour guide at the airport.

Day 3              SHANGHAI (B/L/D)
Visit: Yu Garden (one of the most renowned gardens in South China) The Bund (enjoy the memories of the grandeur of old Shanghai) Jade Buddha Temple (a well preserved temple housing a white Jade statue of Sakyamuni) Silk Factory
Tour: Huangpu River Night Cruise
(a relaxing cruise to experience the one-of-a-kind night view of the Huangpu River)
 
Day 4             Shanghai ~ Zhujiajiao ~ Shanghai  (B/L/D)
Take a coach ride to Zhujiajiao
Visit: Zhujiajiao (an ancient water village sometimes called the'Venice of Shanghai") Enjoy a sampan ride along the canals.
Show: Acrobatic Show (one of the best acrobatic shows in China, full of excitements and entertainments)
 
Day 5              SHANGHAI/WUHAN (B/D)
Morning Flight to Wuhan.
Visit: Hubei Provincial Museum (a collection of over 200,000 pieces of relics, included the Chime Bells from Chu)
HOTEL: Junyi Dynasty Hotel (4 star) or similar
 
Day 6             Wuhan ~ Jingzhou ~ Yichang (B/L/D)
Take a coach ride from Wuhan to Yichang. Passing by Jingzhou (an important military base back at 200AD) Visit: City Wall and Jingzhou Museum (see the famous dry corpse from Han Dynasty 2000 years ago) and transfer to Yangtze No.1 to start your amazing journey through the Three Gorges
Overnight: M.S. Yangtze 1 (5 star)
 
Day 7             YANGTZE RIVER CRUISE (B/L/D)
EXCURSION : 3 Gorges Dam ( understand the background of the world’s biggest dam project)
The ship will sail through Xiling Gorge and pass the 5 Stages Ship Locks.
Enjoy the entertainment provided on board.
 
Day 8             YANGTZE RIVER CRUISE (B/L/D)
EXCURSION : Lesser 3 Gorges (a magnificent side stream of Yangtze River with deep and peaceful gorges) The ship will sail through Wu Gorge and Qutang Gorge today.
 
Day 9          YANGTZE RIVER CRUISE (B/L/D)
EXCURSION : Fengdu (a Tao temple using the mythology of Chinese hell as theme)
Continue to sail to Chongqing after the excursion.
 
Day 10          CHONGQING/XI'AN (B/L/SD)
Ship docked at Chongqing in the morning.
VISIT: Chongqing Zoo (see the friendly Pandas)
Noon flight to Beijing.
Fly from Chongqing to Xi'an, an ancient capital of China for 2000 years
Visit: Xi'an City Wall (the best preserved city wall built in Ming Dynasty (14th century))
Special Dinner: Dumpling Banquet (a special dumpling banquet where you can sample over 20 kinds of dumplings)
Show: Tang Dynasty Show (an entertaining costume show with the splendid Tang Dynasty Music and Dance)

Day 11         XI'AN (B/L/D)
Visit: Banpo Museum (site of the stone-age settlement in Xi'an 6000years ago) Terracotta Warriors Museum (over 6000 life size warriors' pottery figures with different features and facial expressions) Provincial History Museum (houses a large collection of historical and cultural relics and artifacts) Big Wild Goose Pagoda (temple was first built in 652 during Tang Dynasty to protect the scriptures and statues brought back from India by famous monk Xuan Zang)
Night Tour (a visit to the busy night market at the Muslim Squatter)

 
Day 12          XI'AN/BEIJING (B/L/D)
Visit:     Summer Palace (the biggest imperial garden in Beijing)
Hotel: Holiday Inn Beijing Temple of Heaven (4 star) or similar 
 
Day 13          BEIJING (B/L/SD)
Visit: The Great Wall (symbolizing China's ancient civilization, visit Juyongguan Section) Ming Tomb (the burial ground for 13 Emperors of Ming Dynasty which was chosen for its good Feng Shui, visitChangling) Cloisonne Factory (discover how the most famous and unique enamel wares are made) Olympic Venues (an outside look of The Bird Nest and Water Cube)
 
Day 14          BEIJING (B/L/SD)
Visit:    Tian An Men Square (the largest square in the world, big enough to hold half a million people and the symbol of New China) Forbidden City (the largest piece of ancient Chinese architecture still standing) HutongTour (take a rickshaw ride along the small alleys between quadrangles that are over 100-year old and visit homes of the locals) Temple of Heaven (regarded as one of the greatest architectural structures in the world)
